Job description Must check and record the actual product description, stock keeping unit, count, weight, expiration/production date, temperature, batch code, container number and other information required by the receiving or releasing report for incoming or outgoing customer's products.
Must report any potential product nonconformity or mishandling to the supervising authority
Must ensure that proper handling of the incoming and outgoing products of the customer is observed.
Responsible for putting pallet tags on received products.
- Responsible for keeping the cold storage room doors closed when not in use.
Must ensure accuracy & data integrity of report.
Must coordinate transaction changes or deviation with team members and other internal department of the organization.
Performs any other related duties that may deemed necessary.
Should possess strong analytical skills.
Should be able to manage time efficiently and effectively.
Should possess the skills of a good team member.
Should possess good interpersonal skills for interacting and coordinating work within the department of the organization.

- Requirements and Qualifications
Must be at least College graduate.
At least 1-2 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
Preferably with work experience in cold storage operations.
Must have good communication and writing skills.
