Job PurposeThe Warehouse Checker is responsible for ensuring packaging materials, ingredients, and other supplies are correctly received, properly stored, and released on time; Responsible for daily transactions in Dry Warehouse, which must be done with accuracy and timeliness
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate quantity of items receipt and/or issued to/from Dry Warehouse
Responsible for inspection and verification of incoming/outgoing items against corresponding document and specifications as the basis for acceptance/issuance
- Responsible for checking and monitoring customers request and instruction to determine items to be moved, gathered and prepared for timely releasing
Responsible for checking, preparation and compliance to quality standards prior to releasing and issuance- Responsible for daily count validation, report update and item location to SAP Encoder
Responsible for inventory accuracy, oversees warehouse activities
- Responsible for final disposition of ingredients and packaging materials, what to be released and to be used for production
Provide identified locations/area for expired ingredients, hold items, and items with quality concern
- Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably with 6 months of experience as Warehouse Checker- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (advance user of Excel is required)
Familiar with SAP's logistics and inventory transactions
Must have good documentation and numerical skills- Have the ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimum supervision
Have the ability to work under pressure
- Willing to be trained and work on extended hours as needed
Have personal qualities associated with good human and interpersonal relations
