JOB SUMMARY: A warehouse checker is seen as the keeper of the goods in each client's storehouse or warehouse. He/she takes inventory of goods going to the client's storage and ensures accuracy and proper accountability of the container. He/she also validates and confirms the quality of every goods and provides accurate report to his/her supervisor.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres and follow Standard Operating Procedure in timely and efficient manner
Receives and examines all the incoming goods on behalf of the organization
Ensure that the unloading of goods within the client's storages and warehouse are in line with the organization's goals and is streamlined with Bureau of Customs (BOC) policies and procedures by coordinating with the proper person in charge, import officers and Releasing and Delivery Supervisor.
Ensure that logistical concerns and problems are properly relayed to Warehouse Team Leader
- Administer the safety of the containers to avoid penalties and ensure the quality of goods for unloading.
- Coordinate with the location of shipment to ensure that container will arrive timely and safely.
- Coordinate with NMIS doctors and BOC representatives during examination of goods for released in storages.
- Document every release and provide accurate delivery reports
- Ensures that documents such as Delivery receipts, Delivery Notes, COMI, Waybills, Receiving reports are received by the client's representative and with complete details for proper documentation.
- Submit expense reports for liquidation and reimbursements.
- Other administrative (Adhoc) function deemed necessary for the operation.

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 10 hour shift
