KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and running of all warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, requisition, and disbursement of supplies and materials.
Unloads materials from delivery equipment.
- Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against freight documents.
Counts, weighs, and measures goods received or issued.- Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods.
Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Marks materials with identifying information.
- Dispenses items and posts amounts of items to inventory control cards or automated systems.
Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.- Performs inventory management by limiting stock levels to a minimum while not running out of stock.
- QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
At least College level- At least 1 year experience in a warehouse environment
Has the ability to multi-task
