We are seeking an organized and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing liquor delivery business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, efficiently processing stock transfers, and supporting general warehouse operations.
Inventory Management: Meticulously track incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate counts and up-to-date records.
- Stock Transfers: Coordinate the movement of inventory within the warehouse and prepare materials for transfer to other locations.
Administrative Tasks:
Generating reports on inventory levels or stock movements.Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Receiving Shipments: Verifying incoming shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Cycle Counting: Conducting regular inventory counts to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Flexible to handle additional responsibilities as assigned including, but not limited to, loading/unloading, labeling, and minor maintenance.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting preferred.Attention to detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous tracking abilities.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights and move stock around the warehouse.
Team Player:
Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.
Experience with inventory management software or barcode scanners.
