Warehouse Associate

GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

To facilitate the receipt of finished goods from Production; and issuance and dispatch of finished goods for delivery to customers. This job is also responsible for safekeeping of finished goods kept in the warehouse, ensuring all inventory movements are documented and the inventory records accurate.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receives finished goods from Production based on the Procedure on Receiving Finished Goods.

• Ensures timely pull out of finished goods from Production floor

Coordinates with Production and QC regarding finished goods for transfer to warehouse

• Coordinates with Marketing and Distribution regarding finished goods for delivery to customers

Issues finished goods to delivery trucks or to customer in case of office pick up based in the Procedure on Issuance and Dispatch of Finished Goods

• Encodes delivery documents in the Inventory System (AX or D365)

Forwards inventory documents to Inventory Accounting in a timely manner

• Conducts cycle counting of inventories being kept in the warehouse

Finds and reconciles reasons for discrepancy found during cycle counting

• Coordinates with service providers on monitoring of warehouse temperature, pest control and cleanliness of the warehouse

Keep inventory records on file

• Participates in audits of customers, governments agencies and certification bodies as needed

Participates in the conduct corrective action and improvement planning as needed

• QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of any 4-year Business course preferably but not strictly - Logistics or IT course

• At least 1 year experience in warehousing and inventory management

Knowledgeable and familiar with inventory management system such as MS AX and D365

• Proficient in MS Office Applications.

Detail sensitive

• Ability to know and understand items being kept in the warehouse, its safety data and storage requirements

Ability to think and work independently

• Proactive in asking clarifying questions

Ability to communicate to co-workers and other departments

• Willing for 6-days workweek schedule

Amenable to work in _Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City_
