Duties and responsibilities- Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
Trace, track and expedite purchase processes- Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Interact with third party logistics service providers
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories
Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order- Assist customers with inquiries
Create packing lists and update shipment information in database
- Organize files both manually and electronically
Monitor and facilitate repair orders- Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the representative or by the superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, or Economics.
With at least 1 year working experience in related field.- Can work with minimum supervision.
Office assignment. Regular working hours.
- Knowledge in inventory management, logistic operations at all levels and have the ability to apply inventory rules and procedures in the workplace.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP or any equivalent business software- Willing to work long hours and weekend if needed.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
