Qualifications:- At least completed 2 years college education or graduate of a vocational course.
Should have at least two-three (2-3) years experience in the related field is required for this position.- Knowledgeable in using Excel and has good customer service.
Must be residing near Canumay and willing to be under Agency and to be transferred to Meycauayan, Bulacan
Job Requirements:
- Oversee Logistics and delivery process.
Monitoring of deliveries, stock management, inventory and warehouse management.- Responsible for coordination of stocks to Fast Logistics Corporation, controlling Unioil stocks at 3rd Party Freight Forwarders.
Maintains inventory by conducting daily, monthly physical counts; reconcile variances.
- Ensure that all deliveries issued within the day are posted and printed within the same day.
Print, scan and send to email the DR's for HPI and HCPI.- Print, scan and send to email the SPDR, DU and sticker labels for YMPH. Segretation of copies, attachment of DR and Invoice.
Recording and submission of SPDR and DU copies for YMPH within specific timeline.
- Printing, encoding and daily updating of daily delivery transaction status reports file.
Receiving and checking of the Proof of Delivery (POD) copies of DR's, Packing List, SPDR and Waybill for delivered products from Haulers and 3rd party freight forwarders.- Monitoring and safekeeping of sets of DR and SPDR, Packing List, Waybill Documents for billing.
Daily coordination of Inventory of Stocks to Unioil. OEM Manager, Billing Associate and Audit Team.
- Prepare counter receipt for all proof of delivery documents for transmittal to CNC or courier.
Prepare return order slip for return orders/backload.- Monitor/ensure completeness of DR Series.
Transmit duplicate copies of DR to Document Control.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
