Warehouse and Logistics Manager

As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse and logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from receipt to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs.

• Leading and motivating a team of warehouse personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolution of any issues or discrepancies.

• Monitoring inventory levels and implementing inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

Collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics management, with a track record of success in optimizing warehouse operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of warehouse personnel.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
