Job Summary:The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor oversees the delivery from end to end. He/She is also responsible for overseeing the dispatching of finished products to the clients, raw materials delivered and warehouse personnel.
Warehouse
- Leads the regular inventory stock count by ensuring that cut off activities and documents recorded
Prepares RR when stocks are delivered. Receiving report are to be submitted daily to HO for payment processing.
- Helps in resolution of inventory related issues and concerns which may involve materials changes and updates
Helps in analysis of inventory variances- Provides assistance in resolution of issues related to store inventory management
Ensures that all inventory transactions are documented, especially irregular activities such as charges of losses and damages to 3rd party service providers, returns from store to warehouse, and returns from warehouse to supplier
- Ensures implementation of Good Warehousing Practices and monitors closure in case for documented non-compliance/s
Monitors inventories and ensures within safety level and highlights potential risks for ageing or shortages.
Logistics- Understanding shipping, planning, warehouse management and inventory systems.
Managing daily routes/schedule of shipments and deliveries.
- Tracking the progress of shipments.
Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations.- Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock.
Must be a graduate of any course- With at least 2-3 years experience in Warehouse and logistics operations
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
