Job SummaryThe candidate will be responsible for handling multi tasks on a number of specific duties on Fleet Management both for Company Owned Trucks and Heavy Equipment and Third Party Truck Providers and general administrative matters in the Bounty Importation and Feedmill Division.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Request replenishments for Tolls and Diesel;
- Creation of reports for Monthly Costing;
- Processing of reimbursements for motor pool expenses;
- Monitoring of vehicles and heavy equipment;
- Payroll creation and counter checking for the whole fleet truck;
- Assists requests for purchasing of truck and vehicle parts;
- Documentation of registration papers of vehicles;
- Payment of tolls and diesel consumption via bank check deposit;
- Updating of monthly OR and CR of company vehicles;
- Liquidation processing of expenses used in motor pool;
- Reporting of special request needed for the fleet;
- Assisting/Submission of documents needed for insurance claim;
- Monitoring of daily toll balances and updated diesel price;
- Safekeeping of vehicle docs and other office documents;
- Processing of request for payment for tolls, diesel and parts needed.
- KEY QUALIFICATIONS
College Graduate of a 4 year course;- Experience: at least 3-5 years experience in Fleet Management;
IT Skills: Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
Able to work autonomously and in groups, with initiative and integrity;- Able to prioritize duties and be resourceful;
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
