Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
Oversee inventory control and management, utilizing ERP systems to track and optimize stock levels and finished goods .- Coordinate the receiving of deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Head or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and ERP systems (experience with [specific ERP system] a plus).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also capable of working independently when necessary.
- Must be amenable to work 6 days a week onsite
