About the role:

We are seeking a Coordinator Warehouse and Distribution to join our team in Manila. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of logistics operations. You will be responsible for maintaining system hygiene, focusing on invoicing and transport documentation, while supporting inventory movements and minimizing operational impacts.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the region and ensure all logistics transactions are executed seamlessly. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Orica's supply chain by driving accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings.

The role location is based in our Manila Office in Pasig.

What you will be doing:

Logistics Operations and System Management

• Ensure system hygiene by maintaining accurate and timely transportation documentation.
• Apply best practices for real-time invoice processing to enhance efficiency.
• Support the region by ensuring accurate and efficient inventory movements to minimize operational impacts.

Process Optimization and Cost Management

• Work with the team to streamline logistics transactions in the system for improved efficiency.
• Focus on transport cost minimization by identifying opportunities for savings and operational improvements.

Inventory and Reconciliation

• Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping for inventory reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy to support seamless operations.

What you will bring:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills, with experience in SAP or similar systems.
• Teamwork capabilities and a collaborative approach.
• Accounts payable experience and logistics knowledge are advantageous.
