Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure best-in-class customer service experience for the Guest
Greet customers and hand out menus.- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform customers of any specials.
Ensure high quality of food and beverages before serving to Guests.- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
Check that customers are satisfied with their meals.
- Attentive and make sure of customer satisfaction
Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Administer change to tables if needed.
Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
- Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
Can speak and understand basic English language Must be positive and willing to be trained
