FILINVEST COMPANY: QUEST HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER CEBU
The Waiter is responsible for providing assistance to dining guests in terms of handling guest orders for food and beverage. He ensures that the service provided by the restaurant staff meets or exceeds established policies and procedures, maintains a high level of guest satisfaction and comfort.
- Support and improves outlet revenues by suggestive selling, offering promos and performing related techniques.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through efficient conduct on food service delivery procedures in accordance with established guidelines, and standard procedures of the hotel.
- Operates POS properly to post orders and observes established data entry standards
- Coordinates and relays complete and accurate details and take prompt, proper and immediate action on guest requests and complaints
- Ensures compliance with established standards and procedures while providing support in building a relationship of trust between the hotel and its customers
- Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by immediate superiors
Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree on Hospitality Management or the likes
- With experience in food service as waiter or server
