Specific position: VP Operations

• Graduate of

Bachelor's Degree in business management or related fieldsWilling to work on a dayshift schedule

• Amenable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig

At least 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in overseeing metrics-driven results-oriented operations such as real estate, supply chain or logistics.

• Proven

success in analytical skills and ability to work with multiple databases Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective partners

• A strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process

Experience in general projects management; certification in professional project management a plus

• Extensive pr

oven positive experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating several project managers at various levels within the organization or teamExcellent Filipino and English communication skills

• Can start ASAP

SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities in the organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs
