Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years of recent direct BPO or call center industry experience comprised of at least 3 years in leading Human Resources or a large-scale Recruitment Team
- Experience as the primary contact with labour counsel and outside government agencies
- Demonstrates the ability to lead labour cases and disputes
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Experience using Workday HCM enterprise software or similar ERP systems
- Strong mentorship to coach, develop effective department leaders and Operations leaders and teams on relevant HR matters and topics
- Ability to balance the local operational requirements with the company's global scaling objectives.
- Results oriented and a can-do attitude with ability to manage change and multi-task while creating a positive environment
Role Overview
As Vice President of People & Culture Philippines, your primary responsibility is to exemplify the company's values-based culture throughout the organization and oversee its consistency through performance management. You are entrusted with upholding workplace integrity and respectful policies rigorously, acting as the lead in investigations. Moreover, your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align processes related to labour regulations, policy violations, due process, and off-boarding requirements. Ensuring compliance with federal, local laws, industry Privacy Law regulations, and maintaining a strong understanding of SOC II and PCI certifications in business operations is paramount for the HR team under your leadership.
Your overarching responsibility as Vice President of People & Culture Philippines is to ensure that all employee employment and personal information is handled in strict accordance with the company's Information Security and Data Privacy policies.
