Position: VP Assistant
Company Industry: Entertainment/Gaming Company
Work Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder.
With at least 7 years work experience in Customer Services role.
With 2 years work experience in managerial role.
Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in customer service team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and regular performance evaluation.
Manage escalation or customer complaints and issues and provide root-cause analysis and solution.
Handles customer feedback, service performance data, and KPIs.
Collaborate with other departments for cohesive customer experience.
Manage customer service policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company standards and requirements.
