Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
With or without BPO Experience
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate/ College Graduate
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
