Work Arrangement: Onsite - Clark, Pampanga
Shift Schedule: 4x11, Morning and Mid-shift- This role needs a specialist who has good comms and willing to take/answer calls there will be instances that this resource needs to contact or assist the customers over the phone.
- Design and implement technical solutions from our approved technology stack and to suggest new & innovative technology where applicable to client needs.
- Potential design of DaaS hosting platform, using Citrix Multi Tenancy on VMWare HCI platform
- Senior escalation point for Managed Services Support teams
Job Responsibilities:- Resolve the majority of escalated incidents using the available tools and documentation and by thoroughly researching known issues.
- Work with external vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
- Ensure that service levels are respected.
- Identify high priority tickets and communicate effectively through the means put in place
- Document issues and establish resolution procedures for the Service Center Administer server infrastructure, ensuring its availability and performance.
- Monitor and maintain server systems and related components.
- Configure and install various server devices and services, including servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions.
- Perform routine server maintenance, including firmware updates, system upgrades, and security configurations.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve server-related outages and issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of server infrastructure and configurations.
Must have: - Excellent verbal and written comms skills
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Virtualization Expert
- VxRail Specialist or Associate (DVC-Deploy or DVC-Manage)
- VMWare design experience, must be at least VCP
- Netscaler cluster installation and configuration
- Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, MCITP EA
- With good understanding of TCP/IP principal
