Duties and Responsibilities- In-charge of PRO concept shop operations
Monitoring of promoter deployment, store operation SOP, KPI setting- Ensure all store process are followed and complied.
Handles Inventory management, store display standards and POSM mgmt.
- Conducts proper alignment with OIC, cashiers and front liners.
Concept shop construction coordination.- Keeps store identity standards.
LDU management and in store promotion execution.
- Ensure all after sales service standards are met, including service SOP, service SLA and service process are aligned with HQ requirement.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
At least 2 years of working experience in Project Management specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent required for this position- Experienced in Retail Operation Management
Skilled in editing of layouts and planograms
- Experienced in using editing tools and application
Required Skill(s): Excellent Communication Skills, Computer Skill (MS Office), Negotiation Skills
