As a
Visual Merchandiser, the role is to dress the stores with the latest trends, promotional signage, and decor. This job involves a great deal of artistry, strategy, and innovation. It will require you to go on frequent store visits and visualize ways to improve store displays. You will also coordinate with support, store operations, and suppliers to ensure that agreed specifications are met. Ultimately, your objective is to create an eye-catching atmosphere in the stores to ensure the best shopping experience for the customers.
Assists the VM Manager or Head Visual Merchandiser in the preparation and implementation of the following:
- Implementation of the window and in-store displays in the retail shop and department stores, with the aim of promoting goods in order to maximize sales.
Carrying out research on current lifestyles and trends & customer behavior making sure designs apply to company guidelines & brand direction- Create attractive concepts to be used in-store signage/POPs
Procurement of materials needed for the in store visual displays
- Preparation of visual guides instructing retail branches throughout the country how to appropriately build out and design visual merchandising areas of the store
Data analysis as to how visuals impacted the distribution channel and its productivity- Building good relationships with suppliers /partners
Regular store visits to ensure product displays are maintained accordingly
Monitoring VM budget and expenses- In close coordination with the following departments, as advised accordingly by the Head Visual Merchandiser
for merchandise allocation and availability and what VM support is needed to highlight these at the store level- to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays
to ensure alignment of campaigns, promos and product highlights and for these to have proper POPs or visual representations at the stores
for on the ground implementation of VM concepts and utilization of VM strategies to boost sales- Ensure that the stores consistently adhere with the VM guidelines and standards
keeping the display in good condition and at the end of the season taking down old displays
- For Store performance calibration and in what way VM can assist to improve or boost store performance

Business Environment- Monthly Sales Report (to Ma'am Len)

Preparation and routing of memos- In-store Promotion for implementation
Incentive Summary
- Sending of targets to CS per store
Flight and accommodation bookings for Sales & Operations Department- Processing of store requests
Supplies, etc

College graduate- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail for two years is required. Similar product category is an advantage
Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill s.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, canva and other relevant software- Flexibility to work overtime / weekends as required.
