Your Role:
As a Visual Design Associate, you will:
- Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create visually appealing and professional designs for reports, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that align with our company branding guidelines
- Translate complex data and research findings into visuals, charts, and graphs
- Assist in developing layouts and templates for various deliverables, ensuring consistency and coherence across projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the firmu0027s visual communication
- Collaborate with other designers, editors, marketers, and subject matter experts to refine design concepts
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Proficient in presentation design (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)
- Prior work and experience with Wordpress is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and ability to convey complex information visually
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
