Visual Content Coordinator

Most Important Thing (MIT): Ensure that client presentations are polished, engaging, and consistently updated in Google Slides throughout a consultative sales process. Bring creativity, attention to detail, and design expertise to support our client-facing materials and social media presence.

Efficient workflow and attention to detail in all visual content.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and continuously update our client presentation materials in Google Slides throughout the sales process.

Ensure presentations are visually engaging, consistent, and aligned with our brand.

Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand and implement content changes.

Bring creative thinking and design skills to the presentation process, proactively suggesting improvements and new visual ideas.

Manage TGG Accounting's social media presence, developing and executing creative, storytelling-focused content.

Contribute to the design of visual assets across digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and professional look and feel.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Google Slides with proven experience creating and updating presentation materials.

Strong design background with a portfolio showcasing experience and creativity.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration.

Creative storytelling abilities and a knack for engaging visuals.

Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus but not required.

Ability to hit deadlines consistently and work efficiently on multiple tasks.
