Job Description
- Handling/processing of visa extension, DOLE Alien Employment Permit (AEP), Special Working Permit (SWP) and PH working visa specially on 9g Working Visa in a corporate setting.
- Can work closely with 3rd party agencies to provide advice on the immigration requirements that an employee must meet in order to secure working visa.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time;
- Monitor and process new application, expiration and renewal dates of the tourist visa, DOLE AEP, SWP and Working visas.
- Coordinate with foreign employees with regards to their work visa applications, status and other related procedures.
- Ensure the company records are up-to-date for labor and immigration concerns.
- Maintain the confidentiality, safekeeping and security of the company records for labor and immigration concerns.
- Encountered and resolved problems concerning different government agencies (Revocation, Motion for Reconsideration etc.)
- Perform other jobs in the department that may be assigned,must be flexible
Job Requirements:
i. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
ii. Must be willing to travel to government offices i.e. Bureau of Immigration;
iii. Preferably with at least 1-3 years of Officer experience with a background in handling work visa applications and the likes;
iv. Preferably with familiarity with the basic rules & regulations of the Philippine Labor Laws & Industrial Relations procedure;
v. Efficient organizationally skills and proficient in MS Office;
vi. Ability to follow through on work assignments; hardworking, organize and meticulous;
vii. Good communication skills in oral and written;
viii. Strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality - Knows the DOLE procedure concerning AEP.
Immigration DOLE procedure 9G Working Visa.- Encountered and resolved problems concerning different government agencies (Revocation, Motion for Reconsideration etc.)
Can represent the company for inspections of different government agencies.
- Coordinate with client and government agencies.
