We specialize in relaxation and therapeutic massages, holistic facials, acupuncture, and fire cupping. Dedicated to maintaining a superior client experience with a personal touch, our operations are now extending to include team members working remotely from the Philippines.
We are actively seeking a Virtual Spa Sales Associate/Wellness & Beauty Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about holistic health and beauty, experienced in delivering superior customer service remotely, and adept at managing virtual sales and operations. Applicants must be ready to work in shifts to cover our
business hours
from 8 AM to 9 PM
Central Time
, with the possibility of 4-hour to 8-hour shifts.
Deliver exceptional guest service remotely, managing all aspects of virtual guest experiences during designated shifts.- Warmly greet members and guests during virtual interactions, aligned with Central Time business hours.
Handle phone duties, schedule appointments, and manage sales of memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades, all remotely.- Strive to meet and exceed sales goals from a home office setting.
Adhere to virtual filing procedures and maintain organized digital files.- Promote the health and wellness benefits of our services via online platforms.
Maintain a professional demeanor and an organized home office environment.
- Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude and work collaboratively as part of a remote team.
Meet retail, re-booking, and service upgrade targets.- Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with remote team members.
Uphold accountability in all virtual aspects of the role.
Reliable internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps).
- Dual monitor desktop computer.
A private, quiet office space.
Proficiency in Meevo 2 or similar spa POS systems.- Minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience in a commission-based role.
Strong wellness and beauty skincare knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively online.
Experience in massage, spa, fitness, or salon retail service is beneficial.- Advanced computer and software skills.
Competitive hourly wage equivalent to PHP 30,000 to PHP 45,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus sales commissions and a year-end performance bonus. Training time pay is PHP 250 per hour.- Opportunities for annual performance-based raises and career advancement in a virtual setting.
