Generate sales and income for your franchise business.- Develop, Manage and lead a team of home-based and freelance agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets of your franchise business.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Identify and address any operational issues or challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Participate in recruitment, training, and development of new team members.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
With a entrepreneurial mindset and must believe that selling is the best way to earn sustainable income.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
- With atleast two-years professional sales or marketing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficient in using online tools and platforms for remote work.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
