We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and professional individual capable of managing a range of executive and administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's office operates efficiently.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, clients, and staff.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by the CEO.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of executive meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Manage and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform various office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Support the CEO in personal tasks as required to facilitate their day-to-day activities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with diverse groups.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations with ease.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate or high-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and act proactively.
