  • Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individuals to oversee and manage our remote operations. This is a home-based, commission-based position that can be done part-time, making it ideal for individuals who have a full-time job but are looking for additional income opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop, Manage and lead a team of home-based and freelance agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or marketing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using online tools and platforms for remote work.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Compensation:
This is a purely commission-based position with an attractive commission and incentive scheme.
