Position :
Virtual Assistant
Salary: $900 - 1000
Working Hours : The assistant would work during Central European Time (CET) to accommodate most of the hotel's international guests from the US and Europe.
Working hours ideally until 4pm CET to facilitate communication with US customers.
Overview of the Position
As a Virtual Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative support to our client. Your primary duties will include managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, performing data entry tasks, conducting research, and handling other administrative responsibilities as required.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
For the Hotel:
- Researching arriving guests daily (approx. 20/day) via Google and social media to gather information such as photos, job information, and interesting facts.
- Calling international guests one day prior to arrival to check for any special needs and inform them about hotel offerings.
For Personal
- Assisting with email management and scheduling.
- Helping to maintain a calendar of follow-ups, birthdays, and assisting with gift coordination.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Tools
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms for remote work.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) preferred.
