Job Description

Role: Virtual Assistant (Part-time)

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in virtual assistance
  • Bachelor's degree (graduate of any 4-year course)
  • Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as calendar management, CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address challenges efficiently and professionally.
  • Can start ASAP

Additional requirements:

  • Available to communicate.
  • Access to a computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Distraction-free work environment.
  • Available for a monthly recurring team meeting.
  • General marketing background-digital marketing and content creation.
