Virtual Assistantwith top-notch bookkeeping skills for an exciting
part-time role!
Work with a lively Australian client, handling tasks for multiple businesses.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Experience in bookkeeping using MYOB
Skills in coding transactions and reconciling accounts- General business administration capabilities
Experience in contract administration and preparation
- High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Ability to handle personal admin tasks like scheduling, appointment setting, and booking venues- Ability to manage email communication with some vendors
Willingness to take on invoicing duties
The role will be fully onsite in Cebu Business Park.
