Scope of the Role
Our Client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Sales Assistant to support our dynamic and growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to streamline administrative tasks and provide essential support to ensure our sales team operates efficiently. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Operations Manager and Scheduling Team to facilitate seamless client service and efficient processing of work orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks including but not limited to client interactions, site visits, preparing quotes, creating work orders, and project management.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Scheduling Team to coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure all relevant information is communicated with Operations and Production teams regarding job details, such as contact and billing information, contractor rates, job specs, outsourced material, client expectations, and more.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on project status.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Actively seek opportunities for advancement and contribute to the company's success through dedication and ambition.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
