Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for up to six senior executives.
  • Schedule, confirm, and cancel meetings, ensuring room bookings and attendee invites.
  • Track meeting attendance to ensure key priorities are met.
  • Provide necessary context and details for meetings.
  • Regularly review and optimize calendar schedules.
  • Offer suggestions to improve calendar management.
  • Build strong relationships with executives to support their needs.
  • Work with other teams to arrange complex meetings.
  • Organize domestic and international travel.
  • Submit expense reports through Concur.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in Google suite
