Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with luxury experience, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that reflects the sophistication and elegance of our luxury property listings. Your designs will be used across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media, to attract and engage potential buyers and showcase our properties in the best possible light.

Responsibilities

• Luxury Market Experience: Experience specifically working within the luxury and high end brands
• Design Creation: Develop visually stunning marketing materials for luxury real estate properties, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and convey the premium nature of our properties.
• Property Promotion: Design high-impact property presentations, virtual tours, and promotional materials that highlight the unique features and selling points of luxury listings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and photographers to create cohesive and compelling visual content.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, luxury design aesthetics, and competitor activities to ensure our materials are cutting-edge and relevant.
• Client Interaction: Occasionally liaise with clients to understand their vision and preferences for custom-designed materials.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Luxury Market Experience: Experience specifically working within the luxury and high end brands

Requirements

• College educated
• Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
• Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury real estate design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with design tools such as Sketch or Figma. Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory, especially in the context of luxury branding.
• Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
• Portfolio: Demonstrated ability to create high-end, visually appealing marketing materials that capture the essence of luxury properties.

Hardware Requirements

• At least a 720p HD Webcam.
• A noise-canceling headset.
• At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
• A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
• Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
• Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to Php 55,500 per month, based on experience.
