Virtual Assistant for Project Management and Digital Marketing

About Us: We are a dynamic and growing team seeking a Virtual Assistant with specialized expertise in Project Management and Digital Marketing to join one of our Advertising clients remotely. At Remote WorkX Consulting, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional services to our clients through efficient project management and strategic marketing coordination.

• Position: Virtual Assistant for Project Management and Digital Marketing

• Location: Remote. Must be able to work during the working hours in Vancouver, Canada (PST Time Zone).

• Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week, potential to grow to full-time

• Salary Range: P125 to P438 per hour (commensurate with experience and skillset)

• Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

Utilize Trello and ClickUp to efficiently set up and manage projects.

• Develop and implement streamlined project management processes.

Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

Manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.

Ensure availability for live Zoom calls during PST working hours to provide real-time support and project updates.

• Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack and Zoom.

• Prepare and send regular progress reports.

Address and resolve client feedback and requests promptly.

• Schedule and conduct weekly Zoom calls for project updates, especially during PST (Vancouver , CA) working hours.

• Digital Marketing Coordination:

Oversee scheduling and coordination of digital marketing content.

• Ensure marketing campaigns align with client brand guidelines.

Analyze marketing metrics, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and provide insights for optimization.

• Manage client social media accounts with consistent and engaging content.

• Marketing Support:

Support the development and implementation of marketing funnels.

• Coordinate marketing efforts to ensure cohesive strategies.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.

• Skills and Expertise:

Proficient in Trello, ClickUp, and digital marketing tools.

• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing funnels.

Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across time zones.

• Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to security protocols.

Preferred: Project Management Certifications or extensive training in digital marketing.

• Requirements:

Must be able to work during the working hours in Vancouver, Canada (PST Time Zone), with the ability to attend live Zoom meetings and provide real-time project support.

• Daily communication via Slack; weekly Zoom meetings.

Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Commitment to a minimum of 6 months.

• Additional Requirements:

Proof of internet speed and home office setup.

• Proof of PC/laptop specifications and backup.

Willingness to provide NBI clearance if applicable.

• Availability to start immediately.

Willingness to take relevant tests and participate in a final interview as needed.
