As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be the key point of support across various functions. Your day will revolve around managing customer support on ZenDesk, assisting with social media engagement, and ensuring the seamless scheduling of corporate sessions. You'll be at the heart of our client's online presence, tech support, and marketing campaigns, helping the business run smoothly.

Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift, Tues - Sat, 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Fixed weekends off)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP 30,000 To PHP 40,000

List of Responsibilities: From Social Media to Support, You're the Glue that Binds!
  • Address daily Unplug App customer support tickets through ZenDesk, ensuring excellent English communication skills.
  • Learn and troubleshoot systems for Unplug apps, websites, and CMS.
  • Track and report tech issues and bugs.
  • Maintain up-to-date support guide articles.
  • Contribute to social media and marketing efforts, creating content on Canva, scheduling posts, and researching engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate Unplug for Business program by setting up Zoom sessions, sending calendar invites, and gathering feedback.
  • Support outreach efforts to corporate clients for live sessions and app subscriptions.
  • Assist in website maintenance, blog posts, SEO optimization, app content management, and email outreach.
  • Manage tasks like email campaigns, Unplug Teacher Training applications, and appointment setting.

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Skills That Amplify Impact!

  • 1-3 years of experience in virtual assistance, digital marketing, and/or customer or technical support.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven reliability, responsibility, and trustworthiness, demonstrated by consistently attending full shifts, responding promptly to messages, arriving on time for meetings, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to business processes, systems, and tech platforms.
  • Access to reliable devices, including a computer and mobile phone with up-to-date software, and a fast internet connection.
  • A positive attitude and proactive work ethic.
