We are seeking a versatile Multimedia & CRM Specialist to join our team remotely. Key responsibilities include:
- Video Editing: Create and edit newsletters, eBooks, educational videos, interview videos, and other content (e.g., testimonials, event footage)
Social Media Management: Schedule all posts using VMM and interview content via Go High-Level CRM.- Google Reviews Management: Manage and increase Google Reviews (training and scripts provided) based on client events.
Client Information Management: Maintain a spreadsheet of client information (DISC, birthdays, preferences, etc.).
- Client Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct quarterly surveys to gauge client satisfaction.
CRM Proficiency: Become proficient in and manage Go High Level and HubSpot CRMs.
Document Management: Update/create documents using Adobe, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Meta Marketing: Set up and manage ongoing marketing campaigns and update the Meta performance dashboard.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in video editing MUST
Experience with Go High-Level CRM
MUST- Experience with HubSpot CRM
MUST
Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint MUST
- Experience with Meta marketing campaigns MUST
