This is a part-time remote role as a Virtual Assistant at Bigtoe Pose, Inc. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, organizing payments, and providing general support to the team. You will also assist in customer support and communication, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both clients and therapists.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in customer service or administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the wellness industry is a plus
• Experience with scheduling software is a plus
