WORK SCHEDULE: Night shift
The Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support a high-level management team for a US based insurance company. This role requires excellent English proficiency, written and verbal communication. Candidate needs to be well organized, self-motivated, highly detailed orientated.
Manage inbound/outbound calls- Outlook calendar management and scheduling
Domestic and international travel coordination
- Business communications to internal/external stakeholders (email, phone, etc.)
Event planning and coordination- Report generating and preparation
Document management
Presentation creation/editing- Perform administrative support functions
Daily tasks as requested by Management
College Graduate
- Must be able to commute to and function efficiently in a call center environment
1-2 years administrative experience / call center experience- Previous U.S. commercial insurance knowledge desired
Physically able to work night shift
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates the ability to work well with Patra colleagues and clients and with external organizations

Subject to and expected to comply with all applicable Patra Corp policies and procedures- Be present and ready to start your shift on time daily.
Hours will be
8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Training is provided
- HMO card after 30 days of employment (up to two eligible dependents)
13th month pay- Life Insurance for both principal and dependent
Government mandated benefits
Differentials will be paid for night shift and Philippine holiday work time.- Meal, utility and transportation allowance
Philippine labor/overtime laws will be followed (if OT required)
- 12 days VL and 10 SL credits per annum
Monday - Friday work schedule. Weekends off

Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month
