Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information and promote our products/services.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Continuously update your knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.

Assist in customer retention efforts through follow-up calls and periodic check-ins.

Provide insights and feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
