About The Company
The company represents women's contemporary clothing brands and sells them wholesale to boutique/independent retailers. As our Sales Virtual Assistant, you will focus on driving sales by emailing and selling clothes to boutique buyers over email and helping with administrative tasks.
Skills And Responsibilities
- Conducting store research for new potential boutique customers and finding email addresses
- Customer data entry into Showroom Exchange (a cloud-based platform for managing orders, customer information, and inventory) or a similar system (like Notion)
- Emailing sales pitches to boutiques to solicit sales
- Creating and managing boutique email communications
- Help with organizing customer contacts
- Help organize travel and accommodations
- Help with organizing and fixing Excel spreadsheets
- Help with implementing a new CRM
- Entering purchase orders in a system
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Canva
- Experience with Google Drive
- Excellent email communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Notion a plus
- An interest in fashion is a plus.
