Build professional relationship with top VIP guests and offer them service excellence and memorable gaming experience.
Responsible for performing excellent customer service at all times by creating a personalized entertainment experience to all players and ensuring the quality of service provided to all customer is in accordance with the NUSTAR Casino established marketing strategy.
Must form good relationships with co-workers, International Marketing, Business Development and Junket teams.
Responsible for VIP players hotel reservations, accommodation and transportation (air and land).
Record all VIP players into the system. Providing membership card to the VIP patrons. Manifest check for overseas players for PAGCOR requirements and submission.
Handles VIP guest concerns and request. Resolves issues efficiently and effectively.
Assist VIP players to open and closed programs.
To assist gaming management as a liaison between guests and gaming personnel where required.
Able to track chip in / chip out of the patrons.
Monitor players activities in the gaming area.
Assist guests with buy-in, turnover or recording of such turnover as stipulated by VIP Services management.
Must perform a VIP settlement program accurately. This is for all VIP segments premium, casual and fixed junkets.
Attends to customer's needs and resolves customer complaints by providing service recovery as and when required.
Performs other tasks required.
Qualifications
Of good character, confident and possess good communication skills. Foreign languages or dialects preferable.
Team player.
Computer literate.
Self-motivated.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to work in a smoking environment.
Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules.
