Duties/Responsibilities:
Greeting guests/players
Assist the guests while they play in the table
Count/spread chips to make sure working chips are always complete
Monitor or check the player's chips on the table
Help the cage cashier to recount the chips
Knowledge in baccarat is an advantage
With good aptitude in Math
Provides assistance to players regarding game rules/procedures, placing bets and other customer service functions as required.
Maintains float security and game integrity by monitoring table at all times and alerts supervisor of any irregularities.
Provides the highest level of customer service to our guest at all times
Required Skills/Abilities:
Courteous and professional manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
must be 21- 30 years old. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or Equivalent required.
Must have minimum of One (1) year customer service-related job.
Previous experience in casino environment is added advantage.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
Will be required to work various shifts and weekends
