Position Summary_
- Provides excellent guest service to all VIP guests and assists Premium Operations Team with support services to provide VIP players with unparallel level of customer service

Job Responsibilities_
- Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes.
- Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
- When player calls in assist with booking reservations pertaining to guest entertainment, dining, and other services
- Assist Operations team with the booking of Hotel, Limousine and all other request for Premium and Junket Players
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Provide excellent service consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes
- Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction
- Up-sell and cross-sell property amenities to guests company-wide
- Process all guest requests and respond promptly and discreetly to guest inquiries
- Arrange all transportation request, central liaising point with Hotel Limo department
- Contact hosts to follow up on player's Hotel Due-In and Due-Out on a daily basis
- Distribute information for casino events
- Update guest information in systems and daily spreadsheets (Arrival, Departure etc.).
- Track daily check-in volume
- Answer basic property questions and provide information regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment for the guests
- Answer multi-line phone system for guests and provide assistance when necessary
- Contact players regarding special events and promotions as deemed necessary
- KEY COMPETENCIES NEEDED / RELEVANT SKILLS
- Any Bachelor's degree courses.
At least 6 months guest service experience
- With background in opera systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
