Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the overall guest experience by anticipating their needs, making tailored recommendations, and upselling premium offerings. VIP Guest Management: Greet VIP guests upon arrival and escort them to their reserved table, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with VIP guests, anticipating their preferences and tailoring the experience to exceed their expectations.
Upselling:
Utilize your knowledge of our menu offerings and promotions to upsell premium dishes, cocktails, and additional services to VIP guests, maximizing revenue opportunities.Menu Guidance:
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on menu selections, highlighting signature dishes, chef's specials, and premium beverage options.Special Requests: Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions with grace and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Tableside Service: Offer attentive tableside service throughout the meal, checking in regularly to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Promotional Engagement:
Actively promote upcoming events, promotions, and loyalty programs to VIP guests, encouraging participation and driving repeat business.Feedback Collection:

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to VIP guests.
