Job Description

Work Arrangement: Full remote set-up

Work Schedule: Eastern US Time zone

Qualifications:

  • At least a college level with at least 3 years of relative working experience in mainly supporting retail clients.
  • Experience in back-end support by coordinating the inquiries/issues/escalations from the client services team and gets information from the factories/warehouse/delivery.
  • Candidate with experience in retail luxury brands is a PLUS.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must have a stable internet connection at home
  • Must be residing within or near Metro Manila.
  • Not open to freelance or part-timers type of employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
