MaxiMaaz Studios is a creative agency specializing in high-quality visual content, including photography and videography. We work with brands across the restaurant, food, drinks, hotels, and resorts sectors, helping them elevate their brand's visual appeal and connect with their audience.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team in Goa. This role is perfect for someone who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has a passion for storytelling through visual media. As the Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing a wide range of video content, from promotional videos and short-form social media content to high-impact ad campaigns. We will also be doing a lot of those trendy Alex Hormozi-Ali Abdaal styled talking videos in the future and need someonewho's fairlyequippedto handle that kind of responsibility. Experience is not important as long as the individualis willing to put in the work and is always enthusiasticto come up with creative ideas and suggestions.

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content that aligns with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand project goals, visual style, and desired outcomes.
• Implement creative editing techniques to enhance storytelling, including color grading, sound mixing, transitions, and special effects.
• Utilize software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom to ensure polished and professional output.
• Adapt video formats for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative editing techniques to deliver cutting-edge content.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and bring ideas to life visually.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and rhythm in video editing.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and post-production workflows.
• Must be willing to relocate to Goa (accommodation provided).
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
