As a video editor with our company, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video contents that engage and inform our clients audience. You will work closely with our creative team to produce videos that showcase our brand and highlight our products and services. Additionally, you will be working on projects for our clients based in the USA and Australia.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and produce video content.
Edit raw footage into a polished final product that aligns with the clients brand guidelines and storytelling.
Add visual and sound effects, animations, and graphics to enhance the overall video.
Ensure that all videos are delivered on time and within budget.
Continuously learn and implement new editing techniques, tools, and software to enhance the video quality.
Requirements:
A proven track record of video editing experience with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar programs.
Understanding of color grading, sound mixing, and video compression.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the creative team.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Performance-Based Bonuses:
Offer bonuses based on the individual. This could be tied to meeting project deadlines, exceeding client expectations, or achieving specific goals such as:
increasing engagement metrics for videos or designs. (We give an additional Php 500/commendation from the client.)
Contractor Referral Program: Implement a contractor referral program where current contractors can earn bonuses or other rewards for referring qualified candidates who are hired by the company. (They get Php 500 per successful hire if the hire stayed with us for 3 months.)
Recognition and Awards: Recognize and reward contractors for their hard work and contributions. This could include contractor of the month awards, spot bonuses, or public recognition at team meetings or company events.
(We can provide certificates or GCs) Annual Performance Reviews with Salary Increases: Conduct annual performance reviews where contractors receive feedback on their performance and have the opportunity to discuss salary increases based on their contributions to the company.(We can use this Performance Evaluation Form)
