BIZVA is on the lookout for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging video content that aligns with our brand's vision and messaging. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that meets the company's specifications
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video content ideas and scripts
- Incorporate music, dialogue, sound effects, and other audio elements into videos as well as adding texts, adjust color grading etc
- Ensure seamless transitions, pacing, and overall coherence of the final product
- Stay updated on industry trends and video editing techniques
- Manage and organize video projects and files, ensuring they are properly archived for future use
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining an organized workflow
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve and other notable video editing software
- Strong understanding of video production and storytelling techniques
- Proven experience in creating contents, reels etc
- Experience with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus
- Familiarity with various video formats, resolutions, and export settings
- Experience in editing for different formats (e.g., social media, website, and presentations)
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- A portfolio of completed video projects is required
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field is preferred
